3. Project Initiation & Requirements

  • Clients are required to provide all necessary content, images, branding assets, and requirements before the project starts.
  • Delays in providing required materials may affect delivery timelines.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment Terms:
    • 50% advance payment is required to start the project.
    • Remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion, before final delivery/launch.
  • Refunds:
    • Advance payments are non-refundable, as they cover initial resource allocation.
    • If a project is canceled mid-way, payment will be calculated based on work completed.
  • Late Payments:
    • Delay in payment may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.

5. Revisions & Modifications

  • Each service package includes a fixed number of revisions (as agreed in the proposal).
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
  • Major changes outside the agreed scope will be treated as a new project.

6. Delivery & Timelines

  • Estimated timelines will be provided at the start of the project.
  • Timelines depend on client cooperation, timely submission of materials, and approval of drafts.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side factors.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All design and development work created by Siddhi Web Technology will remain our property until full payment is received.
  • After final payment, the client will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Client information, business data, and project details will be kept strictly confidential.
  • We may use anonymized project details for internal training and portfolio purposes.

9. Third-Party Services

  • If the project requires third-party services (e.g., hosting, plugins, paid ads, stock images), the costs will be borne by the client.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party service providers.

10. Warranties & Limitations

  • We ensure that deliverables are free from major errors at the time of delivery.
  • We do not guarantee specific results from SEO or digital marketing campaigns, as they depend on third-party algorithms and market conditions.
  • We are not liable for issues arising from unauthorized modifications made after delivery.

11. Support & Maintenance

  • Basic support is provided for a limited period after project delivery (as per package).

12. Termination of Services

  • If terminated by the client, payments for work completed up to that point will be due.

9. Warranties & Limitations
